Yes. Toggle “Return” on the search form and pick your return date. Both legs are booked together and you'll receive a single confirmation with QR codes for each leg.

You can book any departure that's on sale by the operator — typically up to 90 days ahead. Popular routes during peak season can sell out, so booking earlier is safer.

Every booking needs at least one adult passenger. Children and infants can travel on the same booking — infants don't count toward seat capacity.

We accept major debit and credit cards through the Bank of Maldives payment gateway. Card details are entered on the bank's own secure page and never reach our servers, so we have nothing to store.

Prices are in US Dollars (USD). The one exception is ferry bookings where the first passenger is a Maldivian national, which are charged in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). The same currency applies to all passengers and both legs, and checkout shows it before you pay. Your bank may apply conversion fees if your card uses another currency.

Yes. Every connection is encrypted with TLS, card details are handled entirely by Bank of Maldives on their PCI DSS compliant systems, and payments are submitted for 3-D Secure authentication by your own bank. See our Payment Security page for the full detail.

The most common reasons are an incorrect CVV, an expired card, or your bank flagging an unusual international charge. Try again or use a different card — if it still fails, contact your bank to authorise the charge, then try once more.

It appears in three places as soon as your payment is confirmed: on the confirmation page shown straight after payment, by email with the PDF attached, and under My Bookings if you were signed in. If the email hasn't arrived, check your spam or promotions folder first, then get in touch and we'll resend it.

No — just show the QR code on your phone at the dock. Make sure your screen brightness is up so it scans cleanly.

Yes. Forward the confirmation email or screenshot the QR code. Each passenger boards with the same booking reference.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before departure. Boarding usually opens 20 minutes before — earlier in peak season.

Most operators allow one piece of hand luggage and one standard suitcase per passenger. Oversized items or watersports gear may attract a small surcharge paid at the terminal.

If the operator delays or cancels a sailing, we contact you on the email address and phone number on your booking as soon as we know. You'll be offered the next available departure on the same route at no extra cost, or a full refund — your choice.

You choose one at checkout, and it applies to every passenger and both legs. Non-refundable is the standard fare with no extra charge, but it can't be changed or cancelled. Refundable adds a charge per passenger, per direction — shown at checkout before you pay — and lets you change or cancel up to 24 hours before departure.

With a Refundable ticket, date, sailing and passenger-name changes can be made up to 24 hours before departure, subject to the operator's policy and seat availability. Non-refundable tickets can't be changed. If you have an account, open My account → Bookings and choose “Request a change” on the booking — you'll see our reply there and by email. Booked as a guest? Send us a message below with your booking reference.

Refundable tickets can be cancelled for a refund up to 24 hours before departure; after that, and for no-shows, they're non-refundable. Non-refundable tickets can't be cancelled or refunded. Whichever ticket you hold, if the operator cancels your sailing you'll get a full refund. Signed in? Choose “Request cancellation” on the booking under My account → Bookings. Refunds are always returned to the card you paid with, in the currency of your booking. Once we submit an approved refund it typically reaches your statement within 5–10 business days — the exact timing is set by your card issuer.

No — you can book as a guest. Creating an account just makes future bookings faster and lets you see all your trips in one place.

Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we'll email you a link to set a new one. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll sort it out.

Bookings made as a guest are matched to your account by the email address used at checkout, once you've verified that address. Open My account and follow the verification link we emailed you — or ask for a new one there.
