Our role — we are a booking agent
We are an aggregator and booking agent. We do not own or operate any vessel. Ferry and excursion services are provided by independent operators, and your carriage is subject to that operator's own conditions of carriage.
When you book through us we act as agent for the operator in arranging your ticket. Our responsibility is to take your booking accurately, take payment, and deliver a valid ticket. The operation of the sailing itself — including timings, vessel, crew and safety — is the operator's responsibility.
What you are buying
A booking is an electronic ticket (e-ticket) for a named passenger on a specific scheduled sailing operated by a named operator.
Included:
- A seat on the scheduled sailing for each named passenger
- A QR-coded e-ticket, valid for boarding
- Standard baggage as permitted by the operator (typically one item of hand luggage and one standard suitcase per passenger)
Not included:
- Travel to or from the ferry terminal at either end
- Meals, refreshments and onboard purchases unless expressly stated
- Travel insurance
- Excess, oversized or special baggage charges, which are paid directly to the operator
- Any government or terminal fee not shown at checkout
Prices and currency
All prices on this website are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD). The total shown on the checkout screen is the full amount payable to us — there are no additional booking fees added afterwards.
If your card is denominated in another currency, your card issuer will apply its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That conversion is between you and your bank; we neither set nor receive it.
Prices can change until a booking is paid for. The price that applies to you is the one displayed on the checkout screen at the moment you pay.
Making a booking
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
Every booking must include at least one adult passenger. Infants do not occupy a seat and do not count toward vessel capacity, but must still be declared on the booking.
Passenger names must match the identification each passenger will carry. Operators may refuse boarding where the name on the ticket does not match the passenger's identification.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has succeeded and you have received a confirmed e-ticket. Until then no seat is held for you.
On the day of travel
Please arrive at the departure terminal at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Boarding typically closes 10 minutes before departure.
Present the QR code on your e-ticket at the dock. A screenshot or printout is equally acceptable — the code simply has to scan.
Passengers who arrive after boarding closes are treated as no-shows and are not entitled to a refund.
Changes and cancellations
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before you book.
Import, export and customs
We sell travel services only. Nothing physical is shipped to you — your ticket is delivered electronically. No import or export restrictions, customs duties, tariffs or other import charges arise from a purchase on this website.
Separately, passengers remain responsible for complying with Maldivian law regarding items they carry with them, and with any identification requirements that apply to domestic sea travel.
Our liability
We are responsible for arranging your booking correctly and for delivering a valid ticket. Where we fail to do so, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of an operator, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or loss of or damage to baggage. Claims of that kind lie against the operator, though we will help you pursue them.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Retain your records
We recommend that you keep a copy of your booking confirmation, your e-ticket and these terms, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, for your own records.
